“catching” up (pun intended)
Sorry to go so long without an update….we’ve been catching alot of fish this summer! River and Lake, and mostly with the circle hooks trying to gather even more data to link saltwater research to freshwater data. We did it! See the findings in the Circle Hook category on this site. Drake is doing fine, catching (licking) fish on every trip we go on.
This morning we had a fishing client (yes, Drake and I took him), a novice who really wanted some casting practice. He got 4 largemouth, 3 rock bass, and a warmouth bass on plastic worms and circle hooks. He had fun, we all got hot, as it was about 90 by noon.
